LivingWater Care

LivingWater Care searches its available Care resources locally in your browser. Your Care questions, selected responses, and Journey progress are not sent to the Centre or stored by this website. When you choose to play an available audio, your browser connects to the Centre’s audio hosting service to load and play that audio.

Website analytics

To understand aggregate website use, we record non-blocking first-party events for page views, prayer-sheet opens and downloads, aggregate LivingWater Care session, question-action, and response-delivery counts, and Good News prayer-response/certificate-generation actions.

We do not store raw IP addresses, the random browser identifier itself, names, email addresses, certificate content, or Care question and answer text for analytics. The website derives a privacy-protective anonymous identifier only for aggregate visitor counts. Analytics access is limited to Centre administrators.

Good News certificate

The name you enter for the voluntary commemorative certificate is used in your browser to generate the file and is not saved by this website. If you choose to enter an email address, it is used only to send that one certificate and is not added to a mailing list.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, the information you choose to provide—such as your name, email address, enquiry type, subject, message, or prayer request—is used only to receive and respond to your enquiry.

Your submission is stored by this website and is also forwarded to the Centre’s contact mailbox through an email delivery service so the Centre can receive and respond to your enquiry.

What we do not ask for

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, including private Care questions, journal entries, medical information, or emergency details.
